At Lavuva, comfort comes first. Every piece is designed to feel soft, flexible, and flattering through pregnancy and beyond. Because we work directly with our production partners and do not operate a traditional return warehouse, we do not accept physical returns.
That said, we are committed to making sure you feel taken care of.
Our Comfort Guarantee
If your Lavuva set does not feel right, we offer simple, flexible resolutions instead of traditional returns.
If you contact us within 14 days of delivery, our team will gladly assist you with one of the following options:
• A free replacement size or color
• Store credit for future purchases
• A partial refund when appropriate
Our goal is to make sure you receive value from every purchase.
Resolution Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement, credit, or partial refund:
• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Each order is eligible for one resolution
• Proof of issue may be requested
For hygiene reasons, physical returns are not accepted.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale, promotional offers, and clearance items are not eligible for replacement, store credit, or refunds.
Shipping & Delivery Notes
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production volume, carrier delays, or seasonal demand. Delays in transit do not qualify for refunds once an order has shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase with Lavuva, you acknowledge and agree to this Comfort Guarantee and Resolution Policy. Our team is always happy to help resolve concerns directly and encourages customers to reach out before filing a payment dispute.
