We offer free returns on all eligible orders. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Once approved, we will send your return shipping label along with instructions. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not working for you, you are fully covered. We provide free return shipping and a full refund if:

EU 14-Day Cooling Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason. Standard eligibility rules still apply and return shipping remains free.
Refunds
When your package is received and inspected, we will update you on refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
